eStatements

Do you have enough papers to file? Get estatements from MidSouth for a clutter free approach to managing your account.

How Do eStatements Work?

• Members will need to provide a valid e-mail address in order to sign up for estatements.
• Members who sign up for estatements will be notified via e-mail when their monthly statements become available. Although members will not receive a paper copy, they may print estatments while viewing them online.
• Members will be able to view their cleared checks by clicking on the corresponding trace numbers on their estatement.

NOTE: The trace numbers of checks cleared in-house will not have a link to an image. Members will need to contact their MidSouth CFCU Office to secure a copy of checks cleared in-house. A small fee may apply for this request.

To Receive eStatements:

1. Login to MidSouth Home Banking.
2. Click on History in website toolbar.
3. Choose eStatement preference.
4. Choose electronic statements from drop down box.
   *choose paper statements to discontinue eStatements
   **If email address has changed, enter new email addres.
   ***Member can only choose one statement option.

To View eStatements:

1. Login to MidSouth Home Banking.
2. Click on History in website toolbar.
3. Choose eStatment.
4. Choose the monthly statement you would like to view.
   *To view/print check copies click on Tracer # highlighted in blue and click print/save button.
