Donation & Sponsorship Form
Thank you for thinking of MidSouth Community Federal Credit Union for support. We are committed to supporting and strengthening our community and making it a better place to visit, work and live. MidSouth Community uses established criteria in determining the approval of community support sponsorships and donations.
Qualifications for Eligibility:
- Must benefit a charitable cause or the local community
- Must be a non-profit 501(c)3
- Must be located within the following 13 counties: Bibb, Baldwin, Crawford, Hancock, Houston, Jones, Monroe, Peach, Pulaski, Putnam, Twiggs, Washington, & Wilkinson
- Limit of one donation to an organization per calendar year.
- For consideration, request must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event. Any application received within 30 days of the event or deadline may not be considered.
- Donations/sponsorships cannot be made to individuals, political candidates, individual teams or organizations that do not benefit a large segment of the community, religious organizations/churches, or organizations or projects outside of the county area.
