Home Banking

Helpful tips when logging into the NEW Home Banking site for the first time:

  • Enter your current Username into the Home Banking dialog box on the MidSouth homepage and click "Login".
  • On the next page enter your current password. NOTE: "NetTeller ID" is your Home Banking Username & "NetTeller Password" is your Home Banking Password
  • Select an image from those displayed or cycle through the images until you select one you like. This is a new security feature. Once selected you will see this image each time you log into Home Banking.
  • Select and answer 3 security questions.
  • Next, create and answer a security question of your own that will be used for verification if you should ever need to have your password reset.
  • These steps will only need to be completed one time.

Mobile & Text Banking

Have account access at your fingertips anytime, anywhere with MidSouth Community’s Mobile & Text Banking.

If you were a Mobile Banking user prior to the Home Banking upgrade, you must re-enroll your mobile device.

You can access your account through Mobile Banking by directing your mobile device web browser to https://www.airteller.com/midsouthfcu, or by enrolling your mobile device with these simple steps:

  • Log in to Home Banking
  • Select Settings
  • Select Mobile Settings
  • Register your mobile device and select your wireless provider
  • Read and accept the terms & conditions
  • Expect to receive an enrollment text from homebanking@midsouthfcu.org, with a link to the mobile site.
    Note: Message and data rates may apply.

Enroll your mobile device for Text Mobile Banking:

  • Log in to Home Banking
  • Select Settings
  • Select Text Settings
  • Register your mobile device and select your wireless provider
  • Select the accounts you want text access from your mobile device
  • Review enrollment information
  • Read and accept the terms & conditions
  • Expect to receive an enrollment text from 89549.
    • reply YES to the message you receive
  • Valid SMS messages
    • Help - Returns command references
    • Bal – Returns balance for enrolled accounts.
    • Bal <mobile short name> - returns balance for specified account
    • Hist – returns last 4 transactions for enrolled accounts
    • Hist <mobile short name> returns last 4 transactions for specified account
    • Stop – disables enrollment from text Mobile Banking

Bill Pay

Set up, modify or cancel a payment with ease. Log in to Home Banking, and select Bill Pay from the menu.

  • make a one-time payment, or set up future and recurring payments
  • check payment history at a glance
  • send a gift to family and friends by scheduling a person-to-person payment


Go GREEN and sign-up for eStatements!

eStatements are an electronic version of your regular paper MidSouth Community Federal Credit Union statement that you would normally receive by mail.

  • Save paper
  • Receive your statement sooner
  • Prevent identity theft by reducing the risk of having your paper statement stolen
  • Have the ability to view, print or save your eStatement
  • View cleared checks* by clicking on the corresponding check numbers on the eStatement

*If the draft was cleared electronically by the merchant, a copy of the check will not be available.

Sign Up for eStatements:

  • Log in to Home Banking
  • Select eStatements from the menu
  • Click Continue & select Statement Type (paper or electronic)
  • Provide a valid e-mail address
  • Read and accept the terms & conditions
  • The agreement contains the requirements for your computer system to be able to receive eStatements.

Retrieve your e-Statement:

  • An e-mail will be sent when the monthly statement becomes available.
  • Log in to Home Banking
  • Select eStatements** from the menu
  • Choose the appropriate statement from the available list
  • View, print or save your statements

**If you receive an e-Statement, you will no longer receive a paper statement.
