The home is estimated to be valued at $400,000 and is located in The Woodlands, Southern Woods Trail subdivision, in Kathleen, Georgia. This year’s St. Jude Dream Home® is built by Trinity Built Homes. The 2-story home is an estimated 3,171 sq. ft., includes 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, an outdoor fireplace, 12 ft. sliding doors for seamless indoor-outdoor living, and coffered ceilings with exposed beams.
