MidSouth Community’s Home Banking makes it easy to do your banking from home, the office, or wherever you have internet access.

Additional Features:

  • Customize each page and decide how and where accounts are displayed.
  • Not only does Home Banking require a unique user ID and password to login, you are also asked to verify a secret image.  Also, members set up security questions and answers in case additional identification is needed – it’s triple the security, triple the assurance.

Enroll Your Device for Mobile Banking:

  • Log into Home Banking
  • Select ‘Settings’
  • Select ‘Mobile Settings’
  • Register your mobile device and select your wireless provider
  • Read and accept the terms and conditions
  • Expect to receive an enrollment text from [email protected] with a link to the mobile site.

Text Banking

Enroll Your Device for Text Banking:

  • Log in to Home Banking
  • Select ‘Settings’
  • Select ‘Text Settings’
  • Register your mobile device and select your wireless provider
  • Select the accounts you want text access from your mobile device
  • Review enrollment information
  • Read and accept the terms and conditions
  • Expect to receive an enrollment text from 89549.
    • Reply ‘YES’ to the message you receive
  • Valid SMS messages
    • Help – Returns command references
    • Bal – Returns balance for enrolled accounts.
    • Bal <mobile short name> – returns balance for specified account
    • Hist – returns last 4 transactions for enrolled accounts
    • Hist <mobile short name> returns last 4 transactions for specified account
    • Stop – disables enrollment from Text Banking

Add your MidSouth Community FCU Visa® debit or credit card and pay at participating retailers. Many devices also support biometric security options like fingerprint technology or facial recognition to authorize transactions.

Safe, Secure, and Private

Each transaction uses a one-time, unique virtual validation that does not use your actual card number.  Merchants receive a unique, one-time code that’s only good for that purchase. Keeping your information safe from data breaches.


No need to use your physical card.  Use your device to pay anywhere you see the contact wireless pay symbol. Look for one of these symbols at checkout.

Set up, modify, or cancel a payment with ease. Log in to Home Banking, and select Bill Pay from the menu.

Eliminate paper clutter with this environmentally friendly way to view your monthly statement. eStatements are an electronic version of your regular paper MidSouth Community statement that you would normally receive by mail.

Service Benefits:

  • Are FREE to MidSouth Community members
  • Help the environment by reducing paper consumption
  • Receive your statement sooner, instead of waiting for it to arrive by mail
  • Protect yourself against identity theft and feel safer with less paper to shred and fewer account documents in your mailbox
  • Have the ability to view, print, or save your eStatement
  • View cleared checks* by clicking on the corresponding check numbers on the eStatement

*If the draft was cleared electronically by the merchant, a copy of the check will not be available.

How to enroll in eStatements:

  • Log in to Home Banking
  • Select ‘eStatements’ from the menu
  • Click ‘Continue’ and select ‘Statement Type’ (paper or electronic)
  • Provide a valid e-mail address
  • Read and accept the terms and conditions
  • The agreement contains the requirements for your computer system to be able to receive eStatements

How to retrieve your eStatement:

  • An e-mail will be sent when the monthly statement becomes available
  • Log in to Home Banking
  • Select ‘eStatements’** from the menu
  • Choose the appropriate statement from the available list
  • View, print, or save your statements

**If you receive an e-Statement, you will no longer receive a paper statement.

Remote (Mobile) Check Deposit

Make check deposits in a snap

Remote Deposit enables you to deposit checks in minutes, whenever and wherever you want when you use MidSouth Community Federal Credit Union’s mobile banking app.

Fast and safe

It’s as simple as making a phone call or sending a picture to a friend. Each step in the process is described right on screen.

How to register for remote deposit:

  • Open the MidSouth Mobile app
  • From the menu button, select Remote Deposit
  • Follow the prompts to register – agree to terms of service & select all accounts you would like to make a remote deposit

How to remotely deposit a check:

  • Select the + symbol to deposit a new check
  • Make sure you endorse the back of your check by both signing your name AND printing “For Remote Deposit Only”. If your check is not properly endorsed, your remote deposit cannot be completed.
  • Take a picture of the front and back of the check using the camera on your mobile device
  • Choose the account to receive the check deposit
  • Enter the check deposit amount
  • Review and submit the check images for deposit into your account

NOTE: You will receive one of 2 emails shortly after submitting your deposit

  • If your deposit was immediately approved, you will receive an email that states “your deposit has been reviewed”. Check your account balance to see if the funds have been made available.
  • If your deposit was not immediately approved, you will receive an email that states “your deposit is pending further review.” After your deposit has been reviewed you will receive another email that states Your deposit submitted on “MM/DD/YYYY” , totaling $xx.xx has been approved for deposit. However, a hold may be placed on your deposit. Please check your available balance in your account to determine if a hold has been placed on your deposited item or contact us at 478-471-9946.”

All deposits made before 4:00 PM (EST) on a business day will be reviewed on that business day. Any deposit made after 4:00 PM (EST) or on a weekend or holiday will be reviewed on the next business day.



EZ Call

Your time is important to you, and you are important to us. EZ Call is a terrific time-saver for you. It allows you to check your account balances and transact business with the touch of a button. When you call, simply follow the menu prompts provided to check your account history, make a transfer, or even stop a payment on your account at any time, day or night. Regardless of the number of inquiries, EZ Call has NO fees.
