VISA Credit Card Enhancements

Attention MidSouth Community FCU VISA^® Credit Cardholders,

As part of MidSouth Community FCU’s commitment to providing superior service to our members, we are making enhancements to our credit card program. Due to the upcoming changes, current cardholders will receive a new VISA^® credit card prior to the activation date of June 23, 2019.

Enhancements include:

• NEW branded card design
• NEW online credit card account access
• Mobile app access to card transactions
• Opportunity for a Rewards Card before the end of 2019

Please note that VISA^® credit card rates & terms for current cardholders will remain the same.

Upon receiving your new card in June, remember to update your payment address and card number for any recurring payments currently charged to your credit card.

Existing credit card alerts will not be converted. Upon receiving the new card, members will need to establish alerts for that card.

Online access to your credit card account will no longer be through eZ Card Info. Members will have anytime access to their credit card account data through MidSouth Community’s Home Banking.
