There’s an easier way to pay. Through your mobile wallet, you can easily and securely pay for everyday items in stores, in apps, and online simply using your mobile device. Our mobile wallet allows you to save time by making touchless payments via Apple Pay^®, Google Pay^®, or Samsung Pay^®.

Add your MidSouth Visa^® debit or credit card to your digital wallet and pay at participating retailers, restaurants, and other establishments. Most devices also support biometric security options, such as fingerprint technology or facial recognition, to authorize transactions.

Each transaction uses a one-time, unique virtual validation that does not use your actual card number. Merchants receive a unique, one-time code that is only valid for that single purchase, keeping your information safe from data breaches.

You don’t need to use your physical card at participating stores, establishments, and venues. Use your device to pay anywhere you see the contactless payment or tap-to-pay symbol.

How to Add Your MidSouth Card to Your Mobile Wallet

Linking your MidSouth debit or credit card to your mobile wallet can be done in a few easy steps. Select the service that is supported by your device for more details:

Deposit your checks without ever having to step foot into a MidSouth branch! Remote deposit enables you to deposit checks in minutes, whenever and wherever you want, using our mobile app. Remote deposits are fast, safe, and easy to follow—each step is detailed on your phone screen.

How to Deposit Your Checks

• Log in to your account using the MidSouth Mobile app.
• Select “Deposit Check” from the menu at the bottom of your screen.
• Endorse the back of your check by signing your name and printing “For Remote Deposit Only” in the designated signature area. If your check is not properly endorsed, the deposit cannot be completed.
• Snap a picture of the front and back of the check using the camera on your mobile device.
• Choose the account to receive the check deposit.
• Enter the deposit amount.
• Review and submit the check images for deposit into your account.

You will receive one of two emails shortly after submitting your deposit.

• If your deposit is immediately approved, you will receive an email stating, “Your deposit has been reviewed.” Check your account balance to see if the funds have been made available.
• If your deposit is not immediately approved, you will receive an email that states, “Your deposit is pending further review.” After your deposit has been reviewed, you will receive another email that states, “Your deposit submitted on MM/DD/YYYY totaling $xx.xx has been approved for deposit. However, a hold may be placed on your deposit. Please check the available balance in your account to determine if a hold has been placed on your deposited item or contact us at 478-471-9946.”

All deposits made before 4 p.m. EST on a business day will be reviewed on that business day. Any deposit made after 4 p.m. EST or on a weekend or holiday will be reviewed on the next business day.

Say “no” to unnecessary statements sent in the mail. With eStatements, you can eliminate paper clutter and access your monthly statements online or through the mobile app. eStatements are electronic versions of your regular paper statements that you can access digitally. Should you need a physical copy, each statement is printable.

Note: If the draft was cleared electronically by the merchant, a copy of the check will not be available.

How to Enroll in eStatements

• Log in to your MidSouth account online.
• Select ‘eStatements’ from the Accounts menu.
• Click “Subscribe to eStatements.”
• Provide a valid email address.
• Read and accept the terms and conditions.

How to Retrieve Your eStatements

• An email will be sent when the monthly statement becomes available.
• Log in to your MidSouth account online.
• Select “eStatements” from the Accounts menu.
• Choose the desired statement from the available list.
• View, print, or save your statements.

Note: If you receive an e-Statement, you will no longer receive a paper statement.
