2018 Calendar Contest Winners

Each year our Johnny Appleseed Club members have the opportunity to enter the national Johnny Appleseed Junior Ecology Club’s contest that promotes environmental awareness and thrift among children. MidSouth Community members, Darrian Greene and Gavin Huff, created a drawing with a theme of recycling that is featured in the 2018 Johnny Appleseed Club calendar. In addition to their drawing and photo appearing in the calendar, they each received $100 from the Ecology Club.

Johnny Appleseed members are encouraged to come by any MidSouth Community branch to pick up their very own Ecology Club calendar for the current year. In it members will find games, puzzles and a helpful dime saver.
